After School and Lunchtime
Fees

	Full payment is due upon registration.
	There will be no reimbursement for missed classes.
	A $20.00 admin fee will be charged for NSF cheques.
	Method of payment is by cheque, cash, Visa, Master Card or American Express.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

	If a course is cancelled due to low enrollment, registrants will receive a full
	refund.
	There is no reimbursement for missed classes.
	Participants will be required to attend two classes before any refund will be issued.
	No refund will be given after 3 classes.
	If a student withdraws from a class, a refund will be issued less a $20.00
	admin fee and payment for classes already taken.

March Break and Summer Camps
Fees

	50% of the fee is due upon registration, with $50.00 being non refundable.
	The remainder of the fee is due on or before the date of the first class.
	Method of payment is by cash, cheque, Visa, Master card or American Express

Workshops
Fees

	50% of the fee is due upon registration, with $50.00 being non refundable.
	The remainder of the fee is due on the day of the workshop.
	Method of payment is by cash, cheque, Visa, Master card or American Express
	Cancellations must be made three weeks in advance.

Requirements

	A space large enough for the students to participate comfortably.
	Name tags for all of the students.
